Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Responsible for performing daily office and clerical duties such as filing, recording, preparing DO, maintaining record, posting and other similar duties.
  • Assist and support immediate superior for daily administration.
  • To carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year working experience in Logistics Industry preferred.
  • Fresh graduates and school leavers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate(MS Office/SQL software preferable)
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible, dedicated team-player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses own transport.
